VISA Information
No visa is required for stays of up to 90 days from citizens from these countries: Andorra, Argentina, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Bolivia, Bulgaria, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Rep., Denmark, Ecuador, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, South Korea, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macau, Malaysia, Sovereign Military Order of Malta, Monaco, Morocco, Namibia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Suriname, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Trinidad & Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey, United Kingdom, Uruguay , Venezuela and Vatican City.
Citizens from the following countries currently need a VISA for Brazil: Angola, Armenia, Australia, Canada, Cape Verde, China (not including Hong Kong and Macau, see above), Cyprus, El Salvador, India, Indonesia, Iran, Jamaica, Japan, Lebanon, Mexico, Mozambique, Nicaragua, Russia, Syria, Taiwan, United States, former Soviet countries and others not listed above.

- passport number;
- full name (as it appears on your passport) - please use CAPITAL letters for your family name (also called your last name or surname);
- your "pre-title" (Dr., Mr., Ms.);
- job title (for example: BS/MS/PhD student, Research Associate, Assistant Professor, Director, Research Scientist, etc.);
- affiliation (university, company, organisation etc.);
- postal address (either your work or home address, please include room number (if required), building, street, city, state, postal code and country);
- e-mail address;
- title(s) of your paper(s) submitted to the conference.
