Abstract
This paper an algorithm is presented for the choice of the capillary and thermal conditions which assure a stable growth of a silicon tube with a prior given inner and outer radius. The algorithm is based an mathematical model in which the tube growth is described by a system of the three nonlinear ordinary differential equations.
