Abstract

In this paper a hybrid control problem of a linear system is discussed. It is assumed that the coefficients of the considered system are constants. Also, it is assumed that a subsystem of our main plant satisfies some conditions. Then, some of the states in that subsystem are considered as control inputs and thus the subsystem is optimally stabilized using LQR stabilizer. The optimal solutions of the subsystem are used to solve a control problem for the whole system. Finally, an example system is presented for which the optimal trajectories are presented in form of graphs in the discussion of results section.
